Ulynn Mining Training and Projects is a specialist training service provider to the mining sector.  We are accredited for Skills Programmes and Unit Standards with the Mining Qualification Authority (16/MQA/0867/AC3/190319).

Our aim is to build and maintain lasting relationships by delivering education and training that are accredited.  Our customers can be assured of increased productivity, efficiency while operating in the most competent and safe environment.

Background

Ulynn Mining Training & Projects is a 100% black female owned company from Kroonstad, proudly managed by Lynn Damon who has a passion for empowering young women from previously disadvantaged communities.

To be the Provider of Choice in the Mining space. 

 

Mission

To provide Quality and cost effective-training.

Maintain accreditation and ISO Certification.

Be privy to skills development best practice and changes in the industry. 

Delivering public programs to assist learners to be more marketable.

  • The assessors/moderators are registered with the MQA.
  • They came through the ranks in the mining environment and are experts when it comes to facilitation, presentation and assessment of outcome-based education.

  • Blasting Assistant;
  • Safety Rep Skills Program;
  • Operator Skills Program.
